The Company launched in 2015, to develop and operate a website and booking platform for personal and corporate well-being services, and now employs 4 FTEs. It sells B2C and B2B access to therapies, workshops and much more via vetted professionals who are matched to customers by the Company.

Over 5.600 clients of which around half are recurring clients. 60 companies and large international firms are utilizers.
• Products: in-person and online services such as: osteopathy, massages, motherhood courses, psychological support, phisio & training, company safety courses. Dedicated customer care by the Company.
• Markup: up to ca. 50% on B2B and up to 30% on B2C.
• Sales channels: a proprietary platform for booking, sales management and professionals to self-advertise; corporate welfare platforms; insurance partnerships. Services are offered both whole-sale (B2B) or single session / retail (B2C)
• Main IP: Recognised brand, copyrighted proprietary software

To fund the ongoing expansion in the Italian market, the owners are seeking equity partnership(s), asking € 300,000 for 20% at € 1,500,000 Mln post-money.

Targeting a 3-year expansion plan through 2026 to increase Sales by 6x to € 2,700,000 Mln and achieve a € 640,000 EBITDA, which would boost enterprise value by 5-10x.

• Seed Round: Company has completed two previous rounds of capital raising, the last being a 2018 crowdfunding with the Company valued at € 620,000.
• Ownership: The Company is a LLC - type, with the ownership comprised of 16 shareholders including founders and advisors, and the top 4 combined accounting for 57% (34, 9, 7 and 7 per cent respectively).
