Mobile Solar Company Seeking Funding Partner

Business is the leader in Mobile Solar Power in the US, and abroad. We manufacture and sell a Mobile Solar Generator trailer, a fully functioned solar system built on a tandem axle trailer. We have been in business since 2020, and have sold over 325 units. Our primary markets are construction and farm and ranch. About 55% of our sales have been to construction companies. When a construction company replaces a diesel generator with our unit, the payback is normally less than one year, even before the Federal tax credits. In addition, our trailer components are 95% sources from the United States. In large part, any tariffs imposed in the future will have less effect on our cost basis than the majority of American manufacturers.

We have sold virtually all of our current model inventory, and have developed a new patented unit that will be in manufacturing later this year. Our manufacturing partner is a Berkshire Hathaway company. Once the new unit is in production, we expect gross sales to reach at least $20 Million in the first 18 months. We are looking for $2-$3 Million from a funding partner, in the form of convertible debt or an equity position. We are open to other structures.
