There are 3 projects as follows:
- Land lease agreement for 30 years, 30000 euro / year total lease
- Land regime – agriculture arable or agriculture pasture ATR obtained March 2024

Production capacity is 14.19 MW and BESS 15MW/50MWh. The project price includes:
• Electrical /technical Project for PV system, for BESS and for connection point • System study for the grid and Solution Study
• Grid permit connection (ATR) • Architectural project for construction • Certificate of Urbanism and all certificates (Environmental Ministry, Agriculture ministry, etc….) • Land tax for changing the destination of the land plot from agriculture to construction area • SCADA/BMS Project • All permits to start construction The associate investor can purchase from 51% up to 80% shares from the project meaning 2.627.000 euro x 51%= 1.339.770 euro or 2.627.000 euro x 80% =2.101.600 euro Investor will can provide all equipment if he wants, or we can propose Tier 1 suppliers as Huawei or Longi … We are looking for an experienced partner who is ready to purchase 51% up to 80% of the project (in terms of shares in the SP V company), to finance the investment and after he recover the investment we will share the profit accordingly. We can bring added value to these Smart Power Plant projects, by securing a good selling price for electricity, operating and maintenance (including SCADA and BMS) and in 2-3 years to extend the business and to produce H2 and O2.
