A defense-focused conglomerate created in 2018 to dominate the global Air-to-Air Refueling (AAR) market Bloomberg Business (2018) valued at $692B by 2025. Business seeks a single equity investment to fund its wholly-owned subsidiary, a St Louis-founded (VOSB, SDVOSB, 8A eligible MBE) firm that is registered with SAM, and currently doing business with the government. Business proposal to provide Commercial Air Refueling Augmentation (COMAUG-AR) to military users has been approved by the DoD, USAF, and endorsed by the House Armed Services Committee as critical to the nation's ability to meet its wartime surge and peacetime training demands. Businesses COMAUG-AR fulfills a USAF capacity gap that's 7.5 times larger than what an average US airline flies all of its aircraft and passengers annually.

Your equity investment enables:
- to take transfer of (>10) multiple Air Refueling aircraft* considered surplus by the US government.
- to capitalize ART2 through its USAF ($1.25M) funded R&D, leading to a Sole Source service contract in ~18-Months.
-Funds contracts with the world's largest aircraft maker and an FAA-appointed firm to build our Air Operators Certificate.
-Funds minimum (FAA 119.65) personnel required to register ART2 with the FAA and DoD as a civil AAR air carrier.

* will leverage the aircraft, equipment, and pending AAR contracts as collateral for commercial (LOC) lending. The investment and LOC will offset the $66M in non-dilutive government funding supporting delivery of COMAUG-AR.
