Seeking Angel Investor for Majority Investment

Our company designs, manufactures, and markets aftermarket suspension products for light trucks and automobiles. The company is a fully integrated metal fabrication company located in a 70,000 square foot industrial facility just east of Phoenix.
In-house capabilities include:
- Fiber Laser Cutting (4kW)
- CNC Press Brake Bending
- CNC Machining (Lathes, Horizontal & Vertical Mills)
- Production Welding
- Fabrication and Assembly

The business has not been able to recover from multiple events that have left it with negative cashflow. Prior to the downturn the company was profitable. We have a plan to recover, but need an injection of cash to do so. We also need to hire a couple key employees but don't have the ability to do so due to the cashflow problems...

As the owner, I am flexible on how to approach this transaction and willing to work with the investor/buyer to reduce risk. But, we need someone or some company to be able to act quickly as we are in jeopardy of being shut down by our landlord.

The upside could be very large on this and I am willing to see it through to that point with the right person/company.
