A Private Lender needed for a $ 100M funding. Our business is a South Africa-based, ready-to-launch, non-operational, and fully compliant mining, logistics and trucking company with humble beginnings.
The business wishes to purchase a coal mine which is for sale which comes with 3 Offtake Agreements to supply a minimum of 70k metric tons of coal per month to SADC Region and China. The business will also purchase 200 x machanical truck tractors with various trailer combinations to convey the mined commodities and other bulk loads.
As a non-operational entity, the business does not have any assets to pledge as collateral and we are therefore open to equity funding should the situation accordingly dictates.
