There is a need to structure several bridge loans in several Latin American countries. The average loans are from $15 million on average. These are, as I mentioned, for entrepreneurs in Latin America, some in Africa, others in Europe, Australia, etc., with projects ranging from 500 million dollars to 1,000 million dollars. These are pre-approved by a banking group in Hong Kong. This group provides development loans to boost development in these countries.
These entrepreneurs have real guarantees in land or bank titles abroad whose value can range between $40-250 million to support the bridge loan
The source of payment is the credit from the Hong Kong business group that in 90 days begins to disburse the development credit and with the first disbursement pays the bridge loan
Could you get me these credits in a period of no more than 45 days?
