Funding Lender does not sell the charged collateral to fund
the loan. Lender has funds allocated for each loan at the time loan documents are signed.

Interest Rate…………….4% to 7% fixed interest p.a. Such installments will be
interest-only.

Interest Period Quarterly, subject to adjustment in accordance with the
Business Day Convention.

Interest Payment The last day of each quarterly period.

Loan-to-Value Each tranche of the loan will have a loan to value ratio
of 80.00%.

Maturity Date 5 Years after the Issue Date with a thirty-six month lock
up period.

Facility Fee……………..Origination fee equal to 3.00% with a 1.25%
administrative fee.

Short Selling The Lender is not engaged directly, in short selling any
security by borrowing the crypto currency from any entity or person and later buying interest in the same security, then returning the borrowed collateral in an effort to make a profit. The Lender does not lend or pledge the charged Collateral out to third parties for any purpose. The Lender is not engaged, directly or indirectly, in the business of providing credit for the purpose of purchasing or carrying any margin.
