SBA 7a Financing
- Loan amounts up to $5,000,000
- Used for Business Acquisition, Debt Consolidation, Equipment, Franchise Financing, Fixtures, Furniture, Inventory, Leasehold Improvements, Machinery, Partner Buyout, Real Estate Acquisition, Real Estate Refinance, Start-Up Financing, Supplies, and/or Working Capital
- Loans above $500,000: Pricing is capped at WSJ Prime + 2.75%, 10-25 year amortizations
- Max LTV is 90% (will go up to 100% for some expansions, i.e. rent replacement, adding locations, acquiring similar business)

SBA 504 Financing:
- Loan amounts from $500,000 - $20,000,000
- Used for Purchase or Construction of Existing Buildings, New Facilities, Long-Term Machinery and Equipment, or the improvement or modernization of existing facilities, land, streets, utilities, parking lots, and landscaping
- Bank Portion – 50% of Total Project Cost Max – Pricing starts at 5 years fixed, 25 year amortization, with rates starting at 5 year treasury + 3.50
- CDC Portion – 40% of Total Project Cost Max – 10 years fixed, 25 year amortization, based on CDC rate for current month
- Borrower Portion – 10% of Total Project Cost
- Max LTV is 90%

Conventional Financing
- Loan amounts from $500,000 - $25,000,000
- Used for Purchase, Refinance, and/or Cashout on both owner-occupied and investment properties
- Pricing starts at 5 years fixed, 20-30 year amortization (depending on property type and age), with rates starting at 5-year treasury + 2.75
- Property Types, Max LTVs, and Amortizations:

---Multifamily - 85% (70-80% is common) - Up to 30 Years
---Self-Storage - 75% - Up to 25 Years
---Industrial - 75% - Up to 25 Years
---Mobile Home Parks - 75% - Up to 25 Years
---Retail (Single & Multi-Tenant) - 75% - Up to 25 Years
---Mixed-Use - 75% - Up to 25 Years
---Office (Single & Multi-Tenant) - 60% - Up to 25 Years
---Hotels (Flagged, No Outstanding PIP) - 60% - Up to 25 Years

Bridge Financing:
- Loans from $500,000 - $25,000,000
- Used for Purchase, Refinance, and/or Cashout on both owner-occupied and investment properties
- Pricing starts at 12, 18, or 24 months interest-only, with rates starting at 8.50%

---Multifamily - 80% (65-75% is common)
---Self-Storage - 70%
---Industrial - 70%
