* Our Equity/Debt Finance ratio offer is 30% / 70%

Terms and Pricing:
* Rate: market-based, fixed for the term with points at closing
* Leverage: purchase up to 70 to 80 percent LTV; total LTC sized to experience and plan
* Fees: underwriting, legal, appraisal, and third-party reports disclosed up front

Eligibility:
Established entities with verifiable financials and acceptable collateral assets with credible project economics only. No Startups, entities must be in Growth/Expansion Stage or Venture Capital Phase Series C and over. Project Funding Applicants must have collateral assets or property to back 15% of the project loan.

What You Will Need:
* Corporate documents, EIN, ownership chart, IDs for principals and KYC/AML materials
* Two to three years financials and tax returns where available, current interim statements, management prepared balance sheets.
* Twelve months bank statements and an accounts receivable aging
* Project budget, timeline, contracts and third-party reports where applicable

Our Process
* Discovery and sizing: We confirm your business plan, sources and uses, and target leverage with your launch plan, timeline and cash flow.
* Market and term sheets: We circulate your package to targeted banks, CDFIs, and mission lenders to deliver comparable term sheets
* Diligence and approvals: We coordinate appraisals, environmental and engineering reports, leases, estoppels, and legal.
* Closing and funding: we finalize documents with transparent fees, schedule funding, and support draw management or escrow releases.

How Marketplace Lending Works

We build a banker-grade package with your financials, projections, and use of proceeds. Your request is placed with a curated network of peer lenders and credit funds. Lenders submit terms. We negotiate structure, covenants, and fees, then coordinate closing and funding through regulated escrow. You make a single monthly payment to the selected lender or platform service.
