The above Expense Sheet is also chronological as far as tasks from beginning in order to finish as an echelon procedure.
The physical walk through is as follows:
We will reserve the flight 2 weeks before my departure. I have an agent at ASAP tickets that can hook us up nice and dandy. Simultaneously we will pay and have my visa sent to me by email by Jay the Geologist.
The day of the flight I will board with a round trip open return ticket.
The preferable flight would be Dallas-Chicago-Brussels-Freetown.
The return is usually Freetown-Brussels-D.C.- Dallas.
Upon arrival to Freetown I will check in to the Atlantic Lumley Hotel where I resided in my trip in march. The Hotel is Diamond and Gold friendly and is a very exquisite place where sellers know the exact location.
I will take a day to rest as the flight is 23 hours and I had surgery on both knees so the flight is rather excruciating.
After 1 days rest I will pay Jay for the creation of the LLC and open the Business Bank Account at GT Bank.
Once this is complete you will first test run 100$ then 200$ then the amount we need to purchase the license which I will have to be in multiple offices daily. The wires are just to set up the bank frequency relationship so the banks are acquainted before we send the 23,000, keeping in mind that there is no problem sending the money in increments as we complete steps but keep in mind we must have 30,000$ in the LLC Bank account when we apply for the license.
Once the license is obtained whether it takes 10 or 30 days, upon receipt of it my sellers will bring 2 kgs to the Geologist, where we will test and pay the Geologist 400$ for the 2 kgs.
Upon the positive assay we will then exchange the 2 kgs for the 66,000$.
Then I take the 2 kgs to the mineral office. Submit the 2 kgs for assay, paperwork and export taxes which takes 3-5 business days.
Upon Completion of Government Assay and paperwork they will convoque me to come pay the taxes and give me a sealed case with the 2 kgs after my paying the due Export taxes.
Our 2 kgs will be registered to our prereserved flight details transmitted to the airport.
I will checkout and proceed to the airport to fly back to Dallas. I will check in to the designated export Licensee check in customs area of the airport for check in documentation verification by customs and release to board.
Upon transit in Belgium I will declare to Customs our 2 kg with all documentation and proceed to transit and fly to D.C. Dulles where my custom broker will clear me with ease.
