We do structured finance, dev loans, debt loans, bond creation, bond creation with funding, asset creation, credit enhancement, we work with uhnws, family offices, institutions, HNW, angel investors and have several platforms. Our sweet spot is in the $100million range and up. No real upper limit but deals much under $30million are more challenging. We do have one debt only, US based only program for deals in the $1million to$15million range. We can monetize most high value assets (gold mines with 43-101 etc.), and/or bonds crypto, cash, real estate, gold in any form, copper etc. and put funds into trade programs with excellent returns. You can often double your value or more within a year.
