Our client seeks to invest in Convertible Loans and Equity of businesses with at least $10M Annual Revenues in U.S. and Canada.
Business Eligibility:
– Private or public company in U.S. or Canada
– At least $10,000,000 Annual Revenues and $1,000,000 EBITDA
– However, Investor will consider Junior Public Companies with Annual Revenues less than $10,000,000
– Any Industry, except real estate
Investments:
– Loans are typically Convertible Debt
– Equity investments can be Majority control or Minority shares
