-Use of funds: for growth - organic or inorganic, not recapitalization.
-Business plan which illustrates use of capital
Process: 1. Submit Deck or ES with intro email for initial scheduling.
2. Conduct intro call.
3. Sign NDAs
4. Due Diligence Begins
5. Binding term sheet issued and investment agreement executed.
6. Funds available when company is public or within 30 days of first notification to drawdown if already public.
