Our program requires no Personal Guarantees and we do not require liens or General Security Agreements on your projects. The loans are interest only and paid quarterly on the funds deployed. They have a 4-year term with another 4-year term available upon request if the borrower has serviced the loan satisfactorily. They distribute the proceeds over 12 months in equal payments.
