SBLC / BG Transaction Purchase Requirements
SBLC / BG Transaction Requirements
We are currently looking for an SBLC structure that follows a procedure very close to what we’ve outlined below. These points come from real experience, and they’re important for us to move forward safely and confidently.
1. The Provider Must Go First
We will not go first — this is firm.
In the past, we sent out BPUs and never received anything back, which cost us time and caused unnecessary problems. Because of that, we now require the **Provider to issue the first BPU**.
2. All Verification Must Be Bank to Bank
Everything — RWA, POF, confirmations — must be handled **directly between bank officers**.
We do not accept:
* hard copies,
* screenshots,
* emails,
* or any documents outside official banking channels.
If it’s not bank-to-bank, we simply won’t proceed.
3. CIS Exchange Procedure
We’ve had our CIS used by other parties for “shopping around,” which we will not tolerate anymore.
So the rule is simple:
**Provider sends CIS first.**
Once we receive it, we will provide ours immediately.
Again — no exceptions.
4. Transaction Size
We are ready to move forward on transactions ranging from **100M up to 2B**.
5. Instruments We Accept
We are open to both leasing and purchasing, as long as they come from the **Top 50 banks** worldwide:
* SBLC (Lease or Purchase)
* BG (Lease or Purchase)
6. What We Need From You
To review any offer properly, please provide:
* The exact instrument (SBLC/BG)
* Whether it’s for lease or purchase
* The issuing bank (must be Top 50)
* The available amount
* Your pricing or fee structure
* Your basic procedure or DOA — as long as it allows the **Provider to initiate the first move**
7. Preferred General Flow
The structure we prefer is simple and standard:
* Exchange DOA
* Provider confirms and initiates
* **Provider issues BPU first**
* Bank-to-bank officer confirmation
* MT799 → MT799 RWA
* MT760 issued
* MT103 payment
* Hard copy delivered by bonded courier after settlement
We are open to discussion, as long as the essential points are respected — especially that the Provider goes first and all verification remains strictly between the banks.
