Businsess is a top-tier AML/Compliance Consulting Firm serving the most prestigious financial institutions worldwide. We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented AML Analyst to join our dynamic international team.

What You'll Do:

Monitor and analyze transactions for compliance with AML regulations.
Investigate suspicious activities and prepare comprehensive SARs.
Perform in-depth CDD and EDD to assess customer risk levels.
Ensure strict adherence to AML regulations and industry best practices.
Collaborate closely with compliance, legal, and business teams to enhance AML controls.
Maintain meticulous records, ensuring all AML activities are accurately documented.
What We're Looking For:

A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, law, or a related discipline.
2-3 years of experience in AML compliance (crypto experience is a valuable bonus).
Strong analytical and investigative abilities.
Proficiency with leading AML tools and platforms (LexisNexis, Chainalysis, Dow Jones, GBG, LSEG World-Check, Acuris, SumSub).
Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
CAMS certification is highly preferred.
