Executive Summary
Since 2011, business has used its Emerge Al technology to find molecular biomarkers that help diagnose diseases and predict patient outcomes. We have completed over 300 projects across 60 diseases for diagnostic companies, major pharmaceutical firms, and xOP universities.
In 2019, Liquid began forming joint ventures (JVs) to turn these discoveries into real diagnostic blood tests. We license our biomarker technology to these JVs in exchange for equity, license fees, and royalties per test.
Our newest discovery is a set of RNA biomarkers that detect 98% of prostate cancers while reducing unnecessary biopsies. To bring this test to market, we created , which will develop as simple blood test for men who have high PSA levels.
