possesses master plan of the future hotel, Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott;
is ready to start the construction
The plot requires demolition of buildings
• Plot area is 60,984 SQFT (1.4 acre) of which
47,596 SQFT will be hotel covered area
• All documents required to start hotel construction are duly approved by the authorities (Zoning, City,
Federal Aviation, etc.)

The building will consist of 4 floors, and total 84 rooms to accommodate ~150 people

• Fairfield franchise application fee of $75K has been paid
• Eligible for property and sales tax exempt by town’s Industrial Development Agencies and Authorities (IDAs)
