The Gold Mines Offered For Sales Covers 313 Acres

My company is advising a client on the sale of large scale gold mining concession and they are open to establishing an alliance relationship and the gold concession is located in Ghana.

The mines covers an approximate area of three hundred and thirteen acres (313acres) which has been divided into twelve concession of twenty-five acre size in accordance with the Mining Act and Mining Licenses have been obtained for all of them. These licenses were granted to the company by the Minerals Commission of Ghana in February 2008.The land was divided into twelve to enable Prestige Mines start mining on a section until a prospective Investor/partner is brought on board to enable the company move onto a modern large scale method of Mining on the entire Gold & Diamond Concession.

The land in the Concession is underlain in Apedwa Forest of Ghana that are made-up of interbedded argillites, volcaniclastics and greywackes together with some occurrences of mafic flow rocks. The supracrustal rocks are metamorphosed up to greenschist fancies and display strong deformation features. Small and elongate intrusive granitoid bodies are present in the Concession.

By using the estimated ore reserves, investment cost and current world market prices of gold and diamonds, the expected NET BENEFIT to be derived from the sale of the precious minerals to be produced from the proposed Prestige mining project is found to be US$1,390,425,364.

The evaluation of the acquired data provides enough evidence that the quantum of the precious mineral deposits in the Concession is sufficient enough to support a profitable mining operation.

It is on the basis of this fact that the Company has arranged for the preparation of this Business Plan to enable it get a strategic partner/investor for the promotion of investment in the proposed mining project.

Estimated reserves-The estimated total reserves of alluvial gold (with 92% plus purity) in the Prestige Concession are 95,880.69 troy ounces while the estimated total reserves of Alluvial Diamonds are 6,394,000 carats.The life of the proposed Prestige mine is 20.8 years if the volume of gravels to be mined is treated with a washing plant having a production capacity of 100 m3/hour.

3. Asking price for outright purchase-USD$26M

There are no political, financial or environmental encumbrances.The area has a long placer gold mining history and local residents are very supportive of mining. Good security measures tailored to protect the interest of the buyer.
