A mining concession, sitting on approximately 600 hectares of land, in Zambezia region of Mozambique, is available for acquisition.

There are columbite, tantalite and lithium bearing pegmatites within the region of the concession, that is part of a significant pegmatite field. The richness of these pegmatites in lithium minerals and other valuable elements underscores the high potential and economic importance of the region for lithium mining. The diversity of minerals, especially the presence of lithium-bearing pegmatites, makes this area a prime target for mining operations aimed at exploiting lithium resources, essential for the growing demand in renewable energy technologies and electric vehicle batteries.

The studies carried out indicate the presence of about 780 000 tons reserves of tantalite, columbite and lithium. With a 28 year life of mine, the forecasted annual production is 90 000 tons of the different ores.

The owners are open to a deal structure that includes seller financing.

The mine is ready for small to large scale mining with nine (9) pegmatites already identified.
