We are looking for a JV partner for a very big copper ore mine Zambia. Mine also contains small % of gold, cobalt, possibly Silver among other minerals. Mainproduct will be copper.

38% shares (as of today febr 18 2024) max can be sold. The amount will be 30M usd. Although this might be open for negotiation.

the idea is funds and funds for heavy equipment to increase copper ore production. Nearby there is also a copper concentrate plant. So increase copper concentrate. Both are in very high demand.

note that copper is nr2 mineral after gold.
