and prospecting experience of proven high-yield wells and reserves. As independents
our career experience in strategic corporate management and experience in energy
exploration, production, and refining processes has been within the states of Texa
Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and New Mexico.

Our target is for acquisition and development opportunities where value can be
added through capital injection and operational expertise with capital relationships for
short or long term investments. Company will target shallow and deep wells which will
produce natural gas and oil. Investors seeking strategies to increase ROI and benefit t
stakeholders associated with the company should consider new high-performing wells
over distressed assets or re-entry wells to maximize its profits and lower operati
expenses

Short Term Investment: 1 - 6 Months
New acquisitions and exploration will be funded through the prospecting period
and converted to debt once wells are in production. Short term investments can be
structured into a bridge, or converted to Working Interest.
This option is ideal for capital amounts of 1M - 5M

Working interest Investments:
As a seasoned independent operating cost are offset and can provide Working
Interest percentages above the Majors in the area for highest ROI over the decades long
life of the Wells. In addition, The Company is willing to pass through tax incentives to
these investors to maximize this investment for their portfolio.
