Texas Operator seeks non-operating Working Interest (WI) partners to develop an extension of the 'Overall Field' discovered in 1938 on the Eastern shelf of the Midland basin and Southeastern edge of the Permian basin and is approaching an estimated total of 1 million BO from eight wells or current est. avg. of 111,000Bbls of oil per well and typically produced initially over 100 bopd flowing. The Operator specializes in field extensions and proven fields. The Operator is extending the 'Overall Field' and the Gardner Sands to the NW. on a160 acre lease with an additional potential cumulative production of 800,000 to 900,000 BBLs and 6 to 8 more new wells.

Operator is seeking non-operating WI partners to acquire up to 75% of the Working Interest on a 75% NRI drilling and development on direct offset wells extending field development. Estimated average oil reserves and recovery up to 80,000 to 110,000 Bbls per well. Projected economics associated with this drilling and development are excellent. Payout in 10 months at $70.00 Pb, ROI possible 9:1
