The buyer will pay directly to SGS

(FOB) ROTTERDAM / FUJAIRAH / JURONG

1. Buyer issues ICPO & POF
2. Seller issues MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) or CI (Commercial invoice) for Ex shore Tankage in the port.
3. Buyer countersigns the MOU and returns to seller.
4. Seller issue POP documents which were obtained on cargo arrival and injection to the Tankage in the Port

a. Injection Report.
b.Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)
c. Certificate of Origin
d. Pre Allocation Order
e. Application for SGS inspection form

5. Buyer completes verification of above POP files within 48 hours only and submits the Application for SGS inspection form upon satisfaction from the due diligence report on files (a-d)

6. Upon seller's receipt of the SGS form, Seller applies to the SGS for DIP TEST in buyer's name as beneficiary.

7. SGS contacts the beneficiary for date scheduling and inspection fees.
Note : Buyer will pay directly to SGS
8. Buyer covers dip test expenses, Receives inspection order receipt and confirms date of inspection with their representative in the terminal area

9. UDTA is issued on date of inspection to the buyer and dip test is completed

10. Buyer makes full cargo payment as per transaction cargo invoice and upon confirmation seller issues all allocation certification and cargo title rights within 24 hours and commissions are paid to intermediaries available.

11. Injection/Discharge is completed in Buyer's expenses from our inspected tank to buyer's discharge plan authorized on the Application for SGS inspection form
