We are looking to fund our first transaction in our first Private Equity fund. We are looking to take advantage of an extremely depressed price in the stock of our target and use various instruments to:
- announce a hostile takeover or potentially friendly
-announce to take over with the intention to sell off the hard assets and keep the name of the company which has been highly non-monetized
Or took over the entire company and improve its position within the United States with delivery of the fuel and price positioning of the actual commodity.
This is the last of Tbone Pickens companies, which has been mismanaged for years and used as a piggyback for the president
