1. The buyer issues and submits an irrevocable corporate purchase order (ICPO), TSA and letter of procedure acceptance duly signed, together with their passport, company registration documents, and POF.
2. Seller issues CI,
•Statement of Product Availability.
•Commitment to Supply.
•Company Registration Certificate.
3. The seller provides the buyer or buyer representatives with hard copy POP paperwork in person (face to face) at the seller's storage facility when the CI has been successfully signed and completed with all the information verified. The buyer also does a dip test in the seller's tank at no expense to buyer.
•Quantity and Quality Certificate (SGS) 48hrs fresh
•Tank Storage Receipt (TSR).
•Product Passport (Dip Test Result).
•Authorization Letter to Verify the Product and DIP with the Tank Farm.
•Authorization to Sell/ Collect (ATSC)
4. Upon successful verification of documents and SGS report by buyer’s team buyer commence dip test in sellers’ tank, if need be, for more confirmation, upon confirmation of product Q&Q.
5. Buyer makes payment by MT103 or TT wire transfer for the total product available and begins into buyers’ tank storage all parties sign IMFPA.
6. Seller change title of ownership to buyer’s name and pay all intermediaries according to the signed NCNDA/IMFPA for monthly deliveries and buyer lifts the product.
