New Cased Well Offsetting 1500 BOPD

We drilled a new well offsetting a 1500 BOPD and a 400+ BOPD well. We found 6 pays which appear productive and set casing. Porosity readings in our 2 main target pays ranged from 19% to 29% with water saturation from 37% to 70% in the section which had been water flooded. We intend on completing the secondary pay which has 25 feet of sand from 19 to 21.5% porosity with water saturation readings calculated between 37% and 56%. This well should have virgin bottom hole pressure of about 1200 psi. We will frack with 15,000 lbs sand. We have 3 Units left consisting of 1.25% Working Interest or 0.875% Net Revenue Interest each for $15,000 each. Excellent way to reduce your taxes and have a nice bit of mailbox money each month. The secondary pay came in over 270 bopd in our discovery well.
