2. Sellerreviews and issues Commercial Invoice (CI).
3. Seller provides authorization for VOPAK-to-VOPAK verification between terminal managers.
4. Buyer’s VOPAK terminal manager verifies product existence and title.
5. Buyer completes VOPAK terminal protocols and documentation.
6. Sellerissues full Proof of Product (POP).
7. Injection/release is completed.
8. Buyer makes payment via MT103; title is transferred to buyer.
9. Seller settles commissions according to the agreed structure.
