Large Natural Gas Field in Southeast Oklahoma

3,840 acre natural gas project in Southeast Oklahoma for sale. Seven wells making a small quantity (100 MCFD) of dry gas daily but each well needs to be dewatered by activating five plunger lifts and two pump jacks to increase gas flow. There are stacked gas pay zones in each well for inexpensive recompletion opportunities. We have complete hydrocarbon location mapping on the entire six square miles showing several areas of dense hydrocarbon reserves underground for drilling. My geologist calls this field a "sleeping giant" but the current partnership/ownership is not capitalized well enough to develop the full potential. Natural gas prices are good right now and there is money to be made here. Data centers, AI and Bitcoin mining all need cheap energy and there is enough gas here to make many megawatts of electricity daily for many years to come.
