1.5% ORRI in Producing Oil Lease / Huge Upside

The lease currently produces and sells one load of oil per month. Over the past 10 months, the 1.5% ORRI (Overriding Royalty Interest) has generated $2,024.43 in revenue for me, averaging approximately $200 per month.

The operator, a geologist, has identified several behind-pipe zones in 3–5 wells that he plans to target to boost production. This work is slated to begin in the near future. Additionally, he intends to focus on optimizing waterflooding across the lease, which should further enhance production. Looking ahead, he also plans to drill multiple wells in 2025. Since this is an ORRI, there are no cash calls for investors.

The lease consistently produces at least one load of oil per month as long as the wells are pumping. Ownership includes interest in the equipment, 14 oil wells, and 5 injection wells, making it an attractive opportunity for someone seeking steady production with potential upside.

Ownership will be transferred via a Purchase Sale Agreement and Assignment. My ownership is officially recorded in Callahan County, and revenue checks are issued directly by the oil purchaser, BML.
