95 Producing wells on 2000 acres avg 2100 bbl/m, and 1400 mcf monthly. Many gas wells are shut down to replace lines to the gatherer's connections, which is currently underway. This production represents 30% of acreage, leaving an additional 70 % for additional new production. This is a turnkey operation including employees , operating equipment (including well service rigs), 2 warehouses full of parts, tank batteries, trucks, vac trucks to haul produced water to on site disposal wells, road building equipment, etc.
This company also includes 80 pieces of Real Estate, including several large lake side homes, subdivision lots, mobile homes, commercial properties, etc. All of this is wholly owned carrying zero debt. The owner buys and sells property continuously carrying the lease for the buyers at a decent interest rate.
