Selling 25% of producing oil well in NE Wyoming.

This well is currently producing 7 barrels of oil and 144 barrels of water per day.
Plans are to workover the well, and it is believed we can make 70 barrels of oil per day, along with water, by changing the downhole pump to an electric submersible. We would move 1500 barrels of total fluid (oil and water) per day. I have 3 water disposal wells in the field.
I also have a second well in the field where the same operation can be done. An engineering study gives the lease 1.5 million barrels.

I am looking for a partner or partners to take a 25% Working Interest
for $240,000. I can also sell smaller interests (5-10%). Hopefully the payout to the investment is 1 year.
Possible revenue to the 25% is estimated to be $20,224/month.
