With just over 1100 acres this is a good-sized lease package comprised of two properties.
Five fully equipped wells that are currently producing. Two of the wells have just been reworked and will be going on pump this week.

950 Acres +/- oil lease
83.5% Net Revenue Interest / 100% Working Interest
Three Equipped Oil Wells
One well is currently pumping and making 1/2 a barrel per day.
Two other wells are equipped and are being reworked right now and will go on pump within a week.
100 Barrel oil storage tank
After the servicing, we should be able to maintain 2.5 to 3 barrels of daily production from these three wells.

Two wells are currently pumping and make just over a barrel per day combined. The additional three wells are not currently equipped.

Discussion
This is a large land package that is controlled with this purchase and is an asset that a company can grow with over time.

Combined production from the five equipped wells should be able to be maintained at 5 ½ to 6 barrels per day.

The wells are fairly shallow wells at 300 to 400 feet deep in an area with a history of solid long term oil production. The pay zone here is known to have oil in a blanket formation over a wide area. With this in mind and with only eight wells on 1100 + acres there is plenty of potential for new drilling and a near certainty of hitting oil with any new wells drilled.
