1 lease = 2 oil producers ( 1 BOPD / 2MCF / 2 BWD ) with 1well off having hole in tubing

1 lease = 1 gas well ( 3.75 MCF per day )

Consistent lease that has tons of potential due to lack of stimulation or even simple pump changes in last 20 years.
We recently pulled 3 wells and put new pumps downhole, saw an avg 1 BOPD increase with each pump change.
