20 Wells West Texas - 350 MCF and 7-10 BOPD $150K.

I have 20 wells outside of my core assets I'd like to sell. The wells are located in Upton County, Texas . Currently there are 2 leases: Quail Ranch which are 7 wells that make 7-10 BOPD (from 3 wells) and can have the potential to RTP (return to production) a few more that can make upwards to 10-20 BOPD (maybe more if you can operate and optimize well). We just spent money putting the 3 wells back online to make the 7 BOPD. The other lease is McElroy Ranch which consists of 13 wells that currently make gas of around 350 MCFpd, but are actually oil wells that need to be re-worked and can come back online to make 2-5 BOPD per well potential. Most of the work needed is replace tubing, hot oil paraffin build-up, and etc. The McElroy lease overall could make 20-40 BOPD with gas as well. The wells are all set-up with pumping units and tanks, and nice equipment. If you're a licensed bonded operator in Texas, and can optimize stripper well production, this play is a nice one. You MUST be an operator with TRRC. Currently we own 50-60% of the operating WI, and will sell for $150K. We have a full deck to bill partners easily. The other WI partners you can bill are Apache and few other bigger companies, so that's good partners to have. I do believe they would forfeit ownership if asked, or you could recover for cheap. Either way, this could be a nice starter package or stripper well package for the right operator. The wells and interest are as follows:
