Thanks for the response. I wanted to point out that even if this package isn't for your associate , it is prime property in the heart of the Permian basin the majority of it. It does have some Delaware property included. It is prime counties Andrews is one of the highest-yielding counties in Texas check the Railroad Commission records, Ector County, Midland, Howard, Mitchell, and Lea County New Mexico does have the Delaware formation. I had a property in Loving County which extends into Lea County N.M.(containing The Delaware Formation). Bobby, I attached another map to bring more clarity and correction to the statement, not prime areas. It is a large package not all the acreage is Delaware we are aware of that. The strictly Delaware package we had and the owner pulled off the market was only yielding 2000 bbl. per day. That owner was anticipating higher oil prices and wants to wait for 2024 he may place it back on the market. This package is yielding 13.2M boepd per day with a $432 Million net EBITA. The Railroad Commission website has a list of the top-producing counties in Texas. I have attached that list directly from the Railroad Commission.
