These leases are commingled and include a total of 14 wells, with 4 currently shut-in and 2 active injection wells. Production is from the Tannehill formation. I purchased the properties in July and have since focused on rehabilitating the injection system, including installing new fiberglass lines. The system is now very reliable.

At present, one well operates full-time and three others run on timers. Current production averages about half a barrel per day. The best producer, Well #404, is on timer and has low fluid entry; it’s set 50 feet above the perforations as it needs to be washed out. The well produces solid oil cut but lacks sufficient fluid, and I’m unable to work it over at this time.

Nearly all wells (all but two) have their full equipment and should be capable of running. There is also additional equipment included on the lease.
