ORRI Available 16 Reentry Wells 8-10 Months ROI

Since our last projects we listed that were sold, our company has reentered, tapped new zones "behind the pipe" and acidized four wells of our ongoing well reentry projects. Flowback results indicated the wells are profitable and we have completed fracture treatments to increase production of both oil and gas. We recently added an additional area of operation known as the West Sheppard Pool leases that are adjacent to our East Sheppard Pool leases. This is expanding our well reentry project from 15 to 20 wells. It also increased our gas transit pipeline system to include both the West and East gas wells flowing to our compressor station/gas sell meter. Based on the PE/Geologist review of the available data a high percentage of the proposed well reentry work will reach a ROI in 8-10 months. Terms of total payout, profits and ongoing terms are described in our operations presentation. We are interested in acquiring additional capital from serious investors that would want an opportunity in continuing forward with additional funding to be able to complete the reentries rapidly. Our area of operation that we began operating in September 2019 is in existing oil/gas fields. With our recently added leases/wells we own 7290 acres, 98 wells.
