East Texas Paluxy & Woobine Workover - High Upside

A bonded Texas operator is revitalizing two proven East Texas oil wells with strong upside and limited capital risk. The leases have all necessary infrastructure in place (open wells, roads, power, tanks, separators, pumps, motors, and a permitted SWD well, and P-4's), positioning the project for a rapid and low-cost return to production. Leases were outside of large company core asset acquisition and were abandoned. We recognized the opportunity and re-leased the wells.
