Large S. Texas producing gas field, over 20 wells to recomplete, behind pipe field pay reservoirs, shallow depths < 5400’ TVD. Program to start with 4 wells, then expand to other wellbores after cash flow results. All infrastructure in place including compression, flowlines, roads, locations, wellheads, etc. Inexpensive, 1/3rds for 1/4qtr type project, multi-million-dollar wellbores, $ 165k each recompletion AFE, estimated > 1 mmcfgpd, > > 60k per month net cash flow, not including tax advantages.
