The Special 3D Robotic Vehicle

In the current economic context with a rapid growth of the need for energy of all types, the need for intercontinental fuel transport, pipes, tubes, forced pipes, furnaces, tunnels, sewers, etc. they all need different maintenance operations.
These operations are usually performed in closed, toxic environments, without visibility and with difficult access. Under these conditions, it is very difficult to do quality manual work with human staff. Also, decommissioning the objective is very expensive, each day of non-operation producing large losses.
Hence the need for a robotic maintenance solution.

We present to you the special 3D robotic vehicle designed for moving inside pipes in the range of 30 cm-360 cm, with its own movement system adapted to operate both in horizontal, as well as oblique or vertical pipes and with tool actuation systems specific to pipeline installation and maintenance operations.
It is a patented concept, materialized through a functional prototype with which we performed complex tests with remarkable results, being ready for fine tuning, homologation and launch in series production.
