Whale Point Hotel is a 9 bedroom 9 bathroom ocean front property on the beautiful island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas. This remarkable, one-of-a kind property is perched high atop a bluff, which allows it to have stunning, 360-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea.
It has a commercial kitchen, restaurant, and pool-side bar. It was appraised for $9M leased up and stabilized. Assuming conservative rents and less than 60% occupancy it generates double digit returns with lots of upside. We are seeking $4M to complete transaction.
One of the most exciting things is the ability to add 36 additional keys on the 3.2 acres of ocean front land.
