The parcel is located on the Montenegrin coast, with a surface of 312.352 m2, out of which we own 2/3 of the aliquote part (208.234 square meters), and the other 1/3 of the aliquote part belongs to The Republic of Montenegro (104.117 square meters). The length of the coast that You will be acquiring is approximately more than ½ km. The benefits of the above-mentioned parcel are:

Water supply: the vicinity of the regional water supply, which deals with the problem of drinking water of high quality;

Electricity supply: The electricity is conducted to the neighboring parcel of the former quarry (the voltage is 10/0,4 kV);

The urban plan envisages construction for touristic purposes, and the ratio between hotel and apartment buildings can be modified based on projects and requests of the potential investor.
