We've helped startups with no revenue to companies with millions in revenue structure, prepare and launch debt and equity offerings where they're able to raise capital from their personal and professional network, through digital and other advertising, and by investment banking firms. Every company has a different set of circumstances, strategies and long-term objectives that help determine the best way to raise capital.

Every entrepreneur has a relatively limited number of people they can approach to invest in their business. Once their personal and professional network is tapped out, they need to reach and connect with a new and large audience of prospective investors.

However, there are a number of requirements to legally and then effectively advertise your private placement (Reg 506c) or public offering (e.g. Reg CF, Reg A+, etc.).

Generally, these private placements raise enough capital to fund growth, acquisitions or the cost of going public. We do everything except raise the money for you!

*Regulated Crowdfunding*
We help entrepreneurs create a regulated crowdfunding offering, comply with applicable regulations and advise on how to leverage their personal network and digital advertising to raise capital. We also bring in and manage all the third parties required for a successful regulated crowdfunding offering. We do everything except raise the money for you!

*Reg A+ Offerings*
We help entrepreneurs create a Reg A+ offering, comply with applicable regulations and advise on how to leverage their personal network and digital advertising to raise capital. We also bring in and manage all the third parties required for a successful Reg A+ offering. We do everything except raise the money for you!

NOTE: Entrepreneurs can generally start a private placement or regulated crowdfunding for $10,000, or Reg A+ offering process for $20,000. The rest can be raised in private placements from your personal and professional network.

Our founder has taken seventeen companies public, including four of his own. Previously, he was an analyst for two asset-management firms and a partner of a large investment banking firm. He has significant experience helping entrepreneurs take their company public to raise capital, complete acquisitions and increase their business valuation.
