Currently, the following States require a nonresident pharmacy PIC to be licensed in their State to mail prescriptions to their residents :
Alabama, Arkansas, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia.
We have pharmacists licensed in these states and willing to help you register to receive your nonresident pharmacy licenses. This can be a temporary placement to help wait for staff pharmacist(s) to acquire their licenses or can be longer term if needed. Fee for this service can be as low as $1000/month per State, depending on how many States are needed.
