Vessel Chartering Procedure:

LOI Submission: Charterer sends a Letter of Intent (LOI) to the Vessel owner, including client information, loading port, discharge port, type of product, quantity, and target price per MT/day.
Charter Party Agreement: Upon LOI confirmation, the Vessel owner issues the Charter Party Agreement for signing.
Payment Readiness: Charterer sends an official letter stating readiness to make the payment upon Q88 or Ship Particulars confirmation.
Q88 Confirmation: Vessel owner sends Q88 or Ship Particulars to the Charterer for confirmation.
Payment Processing: Charterer makes the payment via MT 103 T/T wire transfer before the vessel starts sailing.
Delivery Commencement: Once payment is confirmed, the vessel sails to the loading port, and delivery begins.
