Regionally Accredited University Seeks Acquisition

We are a regionally accredited mission focused online university that is seeking to grow our programmatic and geographic footprint. We are seeking institutions that: are regionally or nationally accredited; share our student-focused approach to higher education; are in good standing with accreditation and regulatory agencies; offer programs in business, the health sciences, and education; and that offer professional doctoral degree programs. We prefer programs to have earned programmatic accreditation. We are interested in online and campus-based institutions. We are most interested in campus-based opportunities in metropolitan areas with demand for our entire portfolio of programs. We are open to multiple acquisition strategies and are currently working with both for-profit and non-profit institutions. Our leadership team is willing to provide more information on our strategy to interested and qualified sellers.
