Highly Successful Wealth Management Firm Seeking to buy CPA Firm Located: DE,MD,PA,VA

Our client, a well-established and profitable wealth management firm in Maryland with over 30 years of experience, is actively seeking to acquire a CPA firm. They currently manage $250 million in client funds and generate over $3 million in annual billings with no debt.

The lead principal is an Executive Vice President holding both CPA and MBA qualifications. Their team includes two CPAs, CFPs, and wealth management advisors. A key objective of this acquisition is to integrate wealth management services into a traditional CPA firm's bookkeeping and tax practice. Our client will bring over $125,000 of personal income tax billings to the combined business.

We are looking for a CPA firm with the following characteristics:

1. Annual billings between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000.
2. Specialization in Accounting Services & Tax or Tax only.
3. An existing CPA leader or a CPA with leadership potential to continue managing the business post-acquisition.
4. Location within Delaware, Maryland, Southern Pennsylvania, or Northern Virginia

They are prepared to move forward expeditiously and have ample cash available for a suitable down payment.
