Seeking Part 135 Air Charter Management Company
We are actively seeking a tenured Part 135 jet aircraft management company. We are seeking companies with a 10+ year track record, 15+ aircraft in fleet, EBITDA greater than $3m, and a good relationship w their FSDO. Seeking 10+ pax approval as well as international ops. While a balanced fleet composition is preferred, this is not a requirement (light, mid, super, heavy aircraft). We are seeking majority or complete acquisition.
